Brandi Elliott is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Oregon helping her clients with buying and selling property in Albany, Jefferson, Scio, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Corvallis, Philomath, Turner, Aumsville, Stayton, Independence, Monmouth, Dallas and surrounding areas of the Mid-Willamette Valley. Brandi has been in Oregon since she was 2 and grew up in the Albany area, graduating from West Albany High School. She attended college at Oregon State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences with the intent to pursue a career as a veterinarian. Today she focuses her love of animals and knowledge towards her own pets with the ideology of eventually having her own funny farm.
While growing up, Brandi honed her professionalism and competitiveness, with sports and participating in 4-H. The problem solving skills that she used growing up in competitive sports and horsemanship have created the perfect segue into real estate where her clients can expect a certain level of professionalism paired with the ability to adapt and adjust to any situations that may arise. Her knack for creating solid negotiation strategies has also proven successful for her clients in competitive markets with bidding wars.
She chose to earn her real estate license and focus her unique skill set on helping guide her clients through every milestone in their real estate path. Her genuine desire to learn about her clients goals with real estate and help facilitate them in achieving their goals is the foundation of her business. As a daily practice she is looking at the local real estate market trends and taking time to learn something new related to the industry. Brandi is very well versed with digital marketing and has a special interest in social media marketing. She understands the algorithms paired with the generational distinctions and is capable of creating very specific marketing approaches for each property she is hired to sell. Her high level of communication with her clients and peers in real estate combined with her willingness to break down processes and information sheds light throughout every transaction.
In addition, her ability to read people paired with her accommodating nature make it really easy for prospective clients to reach out in any manner that is comfortable for them. Brandi is genuinely interested in learning about your plans and questions in order to become your real estate consultant for every milestone in life.
In 2012 I was determined to follow my childhood dream of becoming a vet. Starting out at Oregon State University I was a Pre-Vet Major. A few years into my major, I realized becoming a Veterinarian was not in the books for me. Reluctant to switch my majors, I finished with my Bachelors of Animal Science in 2017. After finishing my Bachelors I accepted an Assistant Management position at Dutch Brothers. During this time I learned how to lead and instruct a large number of people, handle complaints from customers, and alter operations in a way that would make the business more successful. I then switched jobs and was an assistant in a few schools and helped kids ranging from Kindergarten up to Freshman. I helped these kids to succeed in areas they struggled whether it was academic or personal. Overall though I learned that my love of being an outreaching hand when people needed it was something I needed to follow and pursue which lead me to my career in Real Estate.
