Steve is a third generation farmer who was born and raised on a farm in the Willamette Valley. Steve farmed for 32 years growing crops that includes blueberries, mint, row crops, and grass seed. He also has a wide array of knowledge about soils, water rights, property management, ranching and forestry. Steve has served on the South Santiam River Water Board for fifteen years. Steve enjoys working on improving his forested property and spending time at his farm in Eastern Oregon. He looks forward to serving the hard working people of the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas with their real estate needs. Saber is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Oregon who is the Marketing Director for the Oregon Farm and Home Brokers. She is originally from Montana, but has lived all over the nation as her parents were stationed at new Air Force bases during their service in the military. Saber established her roots in the Willamette Valley of Oregon in 2007. Saber was raised in Montana and spent a lot of time on her grandparents 3000 acre cattle ranch where she learned about the operations of a successful ranch. Family traditions included hunting and fishing on the beautiful range. Saber is highly creative and has found digital marketing to be a beneficial outlet for her talents. Her success as the Marketing Director stems from her desire and drive to test new ideas and implement out of the box strategies for the broad spectrum of properties and homes that the Oregon Farm and Home Brokers sell. Because of her natural interest in internet advertising and creative skills, she has become an expert in understanding the algorithms and how to reach specific audiences with social media including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Her digital marketing also extends to Craig's List, Google and other platforms that promote land and homes. She naturally loves people and becomes invested with each client the Oregon Farm and Home Brokers represent. Her role as a Client Care Specialist comes naturally to her and she truly enjoys the time she spends with all of the clients she meets. Saber wears many hats with the Oregon Farm and Home Brokers. In addition to being the Marketing Director and Client Care Specialist she also acts as Head of the Department of Goat Herding.

A native Oregonian, Joe was raised in Corvallis and at only 19 years old bought his first property. Since then, Joe has been investing in real estate and has grown his portfolio to ten properties. Joe has a background in construction which entailed the sale of high-priced construction equipment and owned a car business for several years. Catering to clientele in demanding places provided a foundation for Joe’s business standard; the client always comes first. Joe’s foundation has proven to be as important in the office, where building rapport and exceeding expectations are his primary goals. In 2012 I was determined to follow my childhood dream of becoming a vet. Starting out at Oregon State University I was a Pre-Vet Major. A few years into my major, I realized becoming a Veterinarian was not in the books for me. Reluctant to switch my majors, I finished with my Bachelors of Animal Science in 2017. After finishing my Bachelors I accepted an Assistant Management position at Dutch Brothers. During this time I learned how to lead and instruct a large number of people, handle complaints from customers, and alter operations in a way that would make the business more successful. I then switched jobs and was an assistant in a few schools and helped kids ranging from Kindergarten up to Freshman. I helped these kids to succeed in areas they struggled whether it was academic or personal. Overall though I learned that my love of being an outreaching hand when people needed it was something I needed to follow and pursue which lead me to my career in Real Estate.
