Lying in the Pacific Flyway, this farm consistently draws in thousands of migrating ducks and geese each year. In addition to these moratory birds, the property attracts Pronghorn antelope and Mule Deer. The exotic Pronghorn and Mule Deer can be seen roaming the property during the summer months feeding on the high protein alfalfa.

The original farm was established in 1941 and has grown over the years. The Farm lies in highly productive Yonna Valley, just northwest of Bonanza and 20 miles east of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Once a potato farm, now a highly productive alfalfa/grain operation. This high desert farm produces high test dairy quality alfalfa, due to the low humidity summer weather with mostly sandy loam soil. 6 to 7.5 tons to the acre. Two wells with a static water level at approximately 36 feet, a pumping cost of $82 per acre for last season. The 400Hp well uses a Variable Speed Drive to optimize power and labor efficiency.
